Refunds for cancellations depend on the timing of the request. If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. Cancellations within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable, and no-shows or early departures will not be eligible for refunds. All advance payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

In case of any errors in payment processing or duplicate transactions, guests are requested to notify us immediately. Upon verification, refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 7 to 10 business days. For bookings canceled due to unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities or government-imposed restrictions, refunds, if applicable, will be processed at our discretion and may be adjusted against future bookings.
